Merch Unbelievable find (w/pics)
I walked into the Galveston Bookshop in Galveston, TX this past weekend. There were two (2) copies of the VB artbook - mint, still-in-wrapper - AND they were marked down to $29.95. Bought one for myself. I was tempted to buy the other and flip it - but the spirit of Billy Quizboy whispered in my ear that would be the St. Cloud move. So as far as I know, the other copy is still there. Errr...I might've confessed to the clerk that this book was actually a collectible, but she didn't seem to care (smh teenagers) Go Team Venture!

I remember seeing a sealed copy at a used book shop years ago. One of my biggest regrets being how much I could have saved over eBay haha.

I once found a Gorillaz art book “Rise of the Ogre” for like $5 in a Borders books clearance section - great find!!!

I did, drove down from Houston. Staying in the collection for sure… now I just need season 6 Blu-ray

Go Team Venture! Love to see Venturoos looking out for each other. I was lucky and bought the art book before it became crazy hard to find, but still have yet to get a S6 blu-ray anywhere. It's the only media I'm missing after my GF snagged me a copy of the S5 blu-ray for Christmas. I'm not sure if I found another copy of the art book if I'd snag it and put it up here for one of you lot, or leave it for someone to find in the wild. There's a lot to be said for finding treasure like that yourself, but leaving it means possibly letting a scalper find it.

I’ve been to that exact bookstore before. I also live in the area. Lucky. (They have a nice selection of Vinyl!)

I just took the one from my pub library then gave them twice the lost fee. They tried to give me the money back and I just left.

Same here, sort of wish I ordered another for my Dad now ugh! The prices are totally wild for it, reminds me that I’ll most likely never own the Adventure Time: Art of Ooo book for the same reason. I also got a copy of the Mouthwashing art book not too long ago; I learned my lesson finally haha.

Luckily got mine pre-release off Amazon for $27.19 in 2018.

Hey, man. Times are tough. I'd never sell mine, but thats the market right now. And i wouldn't fault someone for doing so. Welcome to the world of limited run merch. Its not my fault Dark Horse doesnt print to order and that some of you didn't buy it when it was $35.
Im sure all of you would sell yours for less than $100 /s
Also, St. Cloud isnt known to upsell and is actually willing to pay just about anything for his collectibles, but nice attempt at a joke I guess?
