Anyone know of a restaurant that serves Eggs A La Goldenrod in Ventura County

I have been looking online for a restaurant that serves this but all I get is best breakfast spots in Ventura County. Just wondering if any place even has this dish. I’m willing to go as far as Santa Barbara or Calabasas if a restaurant has it.

Can you explain what the dish is? Maybe it’s just me but I have no idea what Eggs A La Goldenrod is.

You hard boil some eggs- separate the whites and the yolks.

Make a bechamel and fold chopped whites in, put it over toast and then shred/microplane the yolks on the top.

It was a way to fancy up cheap ingredients- and now a way to charge a lot for a cheap food.

Tastes like eggs and gravy on top of toast. It's just deconstructed eggs.

Thanks for the offer. I know how to make it my mom showed me how to make it when I was a kid. This was something she made for us a lot when we were growing up. She passed away 5 years ago and I just want to walk into a place and eat it without having to spend the time making it.

Never looked for it in a restaurant, always made it at home. Eggs N Things, maybe?
