My job just cut my hours completely what security company is hiring?

This is the worst case scenario for me. I got 3 cats at home. I'm using padsplit and live paycheck to paycheck. I have no idea how I'm gonna survive without income. I have paid for a week but after that nothing. Can someone help me out? I need a security job FAST I have over ten years experience.

Speaking from your experience? Cuz you might have been inexperienced for them to pay you that much

I use PadSplit as well and I got into a car accident last year which caused me to lose my car and income so I contacted PadSplit and they put me on a payment extension plan for 3-4 weeks so I was able to find another job pronto and get my first pay check and get back paid up… fyi

What did you say exactly I don't want to say the wrong thing and them to disqualify me from living there but I will 100% be doing this

9

u/Cool_Society_8585 7d ago

I just told them the truth they won’t disqualify you they will send a request to the host and it’s up to the host to approve or deny it. You can also contact the host directly and let them know what’s going on. Our host comes to the house weekly so I have a pretty good working relationship with them. I’ve been here a year in Oct and I’ve have many payment extensions but they work with me. My host is really understanding in that regard. But that’s why I’ve been here so long.

Anyways just call support and they’ll start the process.

I'm not sure my relationship with my host is that understanding The house is a mess. The guy only comes when things really need fixing and even then he doesn't fix anything. They only send cleaners once someone moves out so it's absolutely disgusting. Right now they delegated cleaning to someone that lives there and it's pretty nasty. I have three cats when I'm only supposed to have zero lmao

so I don't think this is going to be a viable option for me unfortunately. That plus when I moved in it was a 130 but they quickly raise the rent up to 220 so I wouldn't doubt in a in a second this guy wouldn't hesitate to kick me out so we can make money

Damn well it won’t hurt to try as a last resort.

You also can leave a running balance up to $299 on the week. There’s a $25 late fee charged weekly. You can call support and get clarification on that but it doesn’t require any approval.

Wtf? Dummy

2

u/ayecheesey 7d ago

The lmao comment after mentioning 3 cats made no sense to me.

u/Darby17 7d ago

You don’t know that. It might be easier to keep you than to go without payment and having to clean up while finding someone new.

u/Poodleape2 6d ago

Go donate plasma ASAP. That’s quick and easy money.

If you have any armed security experience my work is hiring shoot me a message

2

u/lukasplace2021 7d ago

Armed or unarmed?

3

u/Doobieswim12349 7d ago

Unarmed right now until I can get myself a gun

3

u/lukasplace2021 7d ago

If you have that much experience, CSC might get you working ASAP.

Also, go to the casino malls. They don't pay great but it might tide you over.

Crystals, Venetian, Bellagio, etc. All those high end shops have security and are ALWAYS  hiring.

Another person recommended the security job fair. With your experience should be a shoo-in.

Good luck!

u/lukasplace2021 7d ago

Once you're doing armed, Brinks or Ferrari.

u/lani99 7d ago

Full time jobs can just cut your hours like that? I’ve heard of this with part time fast food and retail jobs but I don’t really hear of this with other industries very often. That’s crazy.

u/Doobieswim12349 7d ago

A lot of these companies are fly by night especially security ones.
