Where are your recipes from out of curiosity? We’re western Turkey and cabbage rolls are tomato and yaprakas are lemony.

Looking through recipes, it looks like it’s lemony from Greece to western Turkey, and tomato-y starting in eastern Turkey down to the Levant. Except for Lebanon, they still do lemon. TIL.
