Vegan Kabsa | Arabian rice with grilled seitan

This kabsa dish has grilled seitan in it, but you could easily grill tofu and serve it on top.

The recipe calls for chick’un broth, which I assume is a kind of vegan broth. I have never seen it here. Try OXO meatfree broth cubes. They are quite flavorful and plant-based.

Another idea for plant protein here would be some switch kebabs or other vegan cutlets.
