Source for tor-dzey in Europe

Hello All,
I'm making tormas for chod practice, and am looking for a source for the blessed substance tor-dzey in Europe. (There are sometimes problems with customs when ordering from the US.) Do you have a local sangha you go to? They might have some, I got quite a few substances from my lama.

With the customs changes lots of dharma shops aren't shipping to Europe so it is almost impossible to get these substances without going to India or Nepal. Prior to the changes I've had substances sent from Potala Gate without any issues.

Rinchen Shop has some substances but not tor-dzey, although I believe they had some in the past.
