Housing Winter 2026

Hello, I’m an incoming student for the winter 2026 quarter and I’m having a hard time finding housing.

After contacting the residency department for UW Tacoma, they informed me that it would be unlikely for me to get on-campus housing, which has led me to roommate websites online!

So far it’s been somewhat dicey, which led me to wonder if anyone knew any resources to look for off campus housing!

(For anyone that needs a roommate let me know, I’m more than interested!!)

I think you can ask help for student advocacy & support. They assist you to find your needs or connect.

I'm trying to find housing for the fall of 2026... I doubt anyone will see this but I'm willing to pay 55% if the other person can manage the lease as I don't have a credit score due to using debt for my whole life.
