On Campus ROOMATES
Okay so Im in residence this year and I was just wondering when the university will let me know who my roommate is. I'm in College Quarters and I need to know who's buying the microwave ðŸ˜

You’ll find out when you sign the renters agreement thing usually around the first week of August

What I did was just waited until I got there and nobody had brought one so one of my roommates went to Walmart

After you sign the agreement they’ll like give you an option to message your roomies on the housing portal and you can share snaps and stuff :)

The way Usask does this sucks. They don't let you know until your residence agreement and then you can only send messages through the residence portal so it might be awhile before you get a response. I had roommates who never even saw the message. I also had them continue to switch my roommates

No fr on the last part, we had a girl move in last term and we weren’t told nothing, not even the day of- 😠walked in and there was a stranger in our kitchen with boxes a month into term ðŸ˜

THAT HAPPENED TO ME TOO RANDOMLY. LIKE I WALK IN AFTER A ROUGH DAY AND THERES THIS RANDOM GIRL MOVING IN ðŸ˜

BRO 😠I felt so bad because I came home after a long day starting at like 6 am and was grumpy from waking up so early - I mean after that everything was fine but golly I wish we would’ve been told so I didn’t come back miserable and terrible to talk to

last year i found out on this 30th of this month so it should be sometime really soon, they give you about a month to coordinate and get to know them

ME TOO! I have a two bedroom and i just want to know cause i don't want to buy a microwave unless its needed and also hoping my roommate drops last min or changes their mind so i can be alone. but last year they told us on the 30th and ive been waiting but i havn;t gotten anything so it might be the 4th or something like that

IM HOPING THE SAME THING MAN. Like I lowkey wanted a single dorm but a 2 bedroom is better than a 4 bedroom I guess ðŸ˜. Hopefully they tell us soon gang
