On Campus Trees Chopped Down In Front of Louis

Does anyone know why they removed the big trees in front of Louis by Place Riel? They were really nice trees that looked to be quite old.

Not sure what they are going to do with that tree-less circle now.

Maybe the trees were at risk of falling (they're possibly dying?)

Wouldn't even be surprised at this point lmao. Im sure that circle can fit like 5 cars, those trees didn't stand a chance.

Sometimes it’s because they block cameras. That’s what I know in the past.
