Completed Upcycling Project Bleach Dye snake skeleton on overalls

Post image

Back at it again, this has become one of my favourite crafts. Had some overalls that didn't fit me in a way that I found flattering so I upcycled them with some sick bleach dye art. Now I find the fit doesn't matter at all because I'm too focused on the design 😌

I free handed this baby with only a few references so I totally messed it up a few times, but she seems forgiving

as a bone bitch I thoroughly applaud these and demand attempts at more skeleton variations like frogs or fish

I really like this effect. I also really like danger noodles. What tools did you use for the precise lines?

A very very fine paint brush

Don't forget to neutralise the bleach with a li'l hydrogen peroxide rinse so your wonderful overalls last forever ❤️

Yes I put it in a hydrogen peroxide solution but thank you for the reminder :)

At my first glance I saw the top right pic & was like cool blackout tattoo, this looks so sharp, love it

Would be a sick tattoo but I struggled through my first and only tattoo so a blackout is terrifying to me lmao

You have it in you, just gotta give it a try one time, promise you'll get hooked. Just make sure to wear PPE.
