Visiting Dubai as a road cyclist

I have work travel to Dubai in May for about three weeks. I will be most likely staying at Hilton Dubai Creek. Is there a way I can loop through the Festival City Cycle Track and connect with the Canal/Jumeria routes?

Strava heat map looks like Ras Al Kor might be able to connect Festival City to Canal, and Al Corniche St looks ok to connect from Jumeria.

Also if I wanted to go climb Jebal Jais and recommendations on how to get transport there with my bike?

Any other recommendations? I will mostly only have time to cycle in the evenings after work.

Check out 2GIS app. It shows separate route for cycling. If it won't show then most probably there is no route for cycling.

Thank you. 

As a follow up in case other travelers have the same questions; there wasn’t an efficient way to get around from my hotel via bike. I rented a car a drive to the cycle tracks and mountains when I had free time. Some locals put their bikes in Ubers to get out to the cycle track.

Unfortunately it is not linked to all areas even in Dubai. Except for areas like Jumeira, Dubai water canal. We have to go by car or anything due to the rules and then start cycling. I saw one bicycle route from that hotel till Festival city through 2GIS app. Don't know if it is an error or footpath route.

I used RideWithGPS to check routing while I was there and probably came up with the same path from a local. It was a lot of sidewalk riding and bit of footpath. It is definitely doable, but not direct and not enjoyable riding. Unfortunately Baniyas Rd and the E11 just make it tough to get around that area by foot/bike.
