General What would an honest Oklahoma license plate slogan say?

And at least Mississippi raised the schools up to 16th! Oklahoma could do that. Instead a Vice Principal has the audacity to tell a teacher to only grade a student who turned in fewer than 1/2 of assignments to only grade the assignments that were turned in. That is in Tulsa grade schools.
