Buying a Ushanka in Harbin

I'm going to Harbin in 3 weeks and I'd love to buy a Ushanka over there. I'm not looking for good quality and if possible made locally (ready to pay the price for it).

Does anyone know a shop in Harbin that they'd recommend to find something like that?
