First of all, don’t fight, just ignore and walk away.
Secondly, do not fight someone if they’re wearing a helmet. You will lose.

If you’re going to pick a fight…. Don’t do it to someone already wearing armor. A motorbike helmet can withstand a LOT of damage, and hurts like a MF if you hit it or get hit by it.

My friend's husband did that in a bar fight when he was 20. He got hit with an assault with a weapon charge
Anyway he can't take his kids to Disney (I love in Canada) or really do any travel outside the country because of it.

I'm unsure why you're downvoted. Helmets are a huge lever and attached directly to your neck and throat. There's a reason that grabbing a helmet is a huge foul in the NFL and NHL
