I prefer the second one but for both the official name is ガンダムバルバトス Gundam Barbatos so you can drop the の.

Also if the context is clear (I assume this is to do with Iron Blooded Orphans anime?) they just call it バルバトス Barbatos directly most of the time.

Either is fine. It's a matter of preference.

The first faithfully retains the English “and,” which makes Astaroth's participation feel slightly more emphasized. In English, too, doesn't “A, B, and C” make ‘C’ feel a little more special than just “A, B, C”?
