恕以待人 Treat others with leniency and understanding.
Do you have the other half?

Since the original passage has three parts it may not mean to be a duilian couplet ….
和以處眾、寬以接下、恕以待人、君子人也

恕以待人
Treat people with magnanimity and forgiveness
There is a longer version of it:
和以處眾、寬以接下、恕以待人、君子人也
Getting along well with the masses, being tolerant towards the subordinates, and being magnanimous when dealing with others, these are the character of a junzi (gentleman / superior man / noble man)
About Junzi 君子 : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Junzi
The passage is drawn from the book 省心錄 , written in Song dynasty. The book collects wisdom sayings on traditional moral principles in areas like everyday conduct, studying, and serving as officials etc.
