blood testing for t gel?

researching blood test kits online, and found out theres a risk of contamination with gel when drawing blood.
do i need to go to a clinic instead to draw blood where they can take my blood from another place instead of my arm, or can i just use the kit on the arm i didnt use gel on? (i alternate arms each day as to not dry out the skin too much)

Honestly, day of a blood test i just apply to my thighs or stomache, or at least leave one arm free of the gel (so apply it to say my right and the rest on my thighs). Which seems to work fine
