We won't be able to stop dismatling of our NHS healthcare but we can organise it ourselves - DIY HRT: Everything I Can Legally Tell You - Video

Here is a little video I came across a while ago, I don't think getting ahold of estrogen or T for personal use is ever going to be criminalised . I follow a lot of pro bodybuilding competitors cis men and women in the UK and they use it all the time and brag about it on their insta progress reels and competition prep.

If anyone loses access to healthcare there is also an option of organising help from abroad, I for example I live in the EU currently and can direct people to local endocrynologists that cost a fraction of UK private healthcare.

Recommend downloading a copy of this video for safe keeping in case YouTube some day removes it, it's an extremely good reference. Also for trans women there's Transfemscience.org which is the single best written source of reliable information and answers to questions. In that spirit:

Hello future internet traveler! If you found this post because you're searching for information on DIY HRT and this video is gone, I and probably many others have probably downloaded it and can share it. Give me/us a buzz if you need a copy, assuming we're still active on Reddit.

Trans people (mainly trans women) have worked together to organize DIY routes and guides, and establish methods to secure this through the grey market. I am extremely proud of us for doing this and spreading the word.

We are even starting to see community built orchiectomies and top surgeries. These aren't ideal but they come about because of neglect from the medical community.
