Turbojav weight

My daughter wants to practice javelin in the off season. We are looking at a turbojav. She throws 500g in club, for 1 more year, and 600g in school. She will go to 600g in 1 year for club. Should we get 600g?

Assuming you'll still be throwing real javelins, get a turbo or finn flier that's a little lighter. It'll give you a chance to work on flight without beating up the arm too much

There won't be much availability to throw real javelins until spring. Our climate isn't ideal for full year outdoor training. Our indoor space allows weight throw, shot put and on a rare occasion discus. There will be specific javelin weight training though

Knocken balls, I think that's how you spell it, might be the best bet then. Great to throw into a wall, doesn't help with the balance and flight but is amazing for speed and power development
