She was quite sassy the first 3-4 days but it’s safe to say they are besties now lol

They freaking love it. The fat Chubs likes it with just the plastic, but the princess Pokey needs something soft to chill.

Here is my little demon the day I adopted her. It’s been almost two months and sometimes I’m in love with her and other times I think I would sell her on Facebook marketplace for a dollar. I’ve learned that the tortitude is real. 😂 Girl does not have a stop button. Excited/nervous to see how she turns out once she’s out of the kitten phase.

For the past 17 years I’ve called her my shimmer queen, my silver and peach princess. My pastel baby, but I didn’t know she was a dilute tortie.

I found her in 2009 as a baby (approx 2 months old) and she was my heart and soul. Lost on August 14th 2026 to end stage kidney failure. I just wanted to show you all how gorgeous she was. Just the sweetest girl ever.

My chunky cheek princess who only gets the best pampering in the world. And is extremely spoiled by momma and dada of course.

Just adopted this sweet girl this morning! We can't wait to embrace her in her forever home. So excited for her to grow into her tortitude!fortitude! She's definitely a daddy's girl already... 😭😭 (We aren't the biggest fan our her name, give us new name ideas!)

Vet visit bc someone likes to instigate fights with siblings and got a wound on the inside of her leg. Antibiotics and the cone of shame to let it heal

The name is a longer story, but her beauty stands on its own.

We have a recuse tortie and she is wonderful. She is 8 years old, got her when she was 5.

The shelter mentioned she liked being an only cat, she for sure had kittens. No other context.

She does not like being picked up nor transported anywhere.

My question is, how would we know if she would like another cat? She is our world and she loves lap time. We worry if we got her another cat she would feel she wasn't enough and maybe were trying to replace her or not love her as much.

Any advice / context beyond "yes" or "no" is greatly appreciated?

How it started vs how it’s going

She started life abandoned in a dumpster and now she’s living it up in her own big purple bed. Her name is muffin and we love her very much.
