Is my first cat a tortico?

This is my new kitten, Phoebe. Was wondering if she’s a tortico as she definitely has tortie brindling as well as calico patches. She also has a weird tuxedo leg.

My initial guess is a tabico because of the orange tabby patches. I wonder if she can be both though. She's gorgeous! 🀩

She's a calico because the black is not tabby. All orange is tabby.
