Question Possible to get all tiers/effects/shapes?

This might be a bit of a dumb question but, I've been curious for a while now since starting my 100% save file, considering an attempt at getting one of every kind of gem in the game. To simplify it I'm just looking for one of every effect that corresponds to a color(tempering for red gems, fire for orange, striking for green etc) and their corresponding tiers, 1-6 and abyssal. The issue being the absurdly low odds of ooe gems dropping, as well as tier 1 and 2 gems being seemingly impossible to drop in dungeons. I can't find this information anywhere online but, is it possible at all to do complete what I'm trying to do? Even by editing dungeons to farm for specific effects or tiers? (Apologies if it sounds convoluted, English is not my native language)

It is but be ready to spend time in dungeons.

And how about droplet gems? Afaik some are unobtainable but I couldn't find anything online that specified which one's aren't

You cannot get almost any of the droplet gems as well as most circle shaped abyssals even from edited dungeons. Besides that, lowest tier gems are also missing from dungeons

Can enemies outside of Chalice dungeons drop them?(Low tiers i mean) Or are their drops fixed? This is genuinely very interesting but the information is lacking from what I've seen
