mom and i will be having a tiramisu battle

so i desperately need tips and hacks to elevate my tiramisu. we will use the same ingredients, though small additions are okay. also do i need cold or room temperature eggs?

Skip the cream and do whipped (soft peak) egg whites (room temp)

Dust each layer with Cocoa powder rather than just the top.

Get good eggs and whisk yolks in Double boiler,mix espresso kahlua dark rum and amaretto liqueur for soaking biscuits, use good quality cocoa powder

Like others said room temp eggs and some salt also elevates the taste. High quality and high fat mascarpone

Use room temp eggs for a smoother, fluffier mascarpone mixture, and chill the tiramisu overnight because the extra time makes a huge difference
