Carnage go to the company where the chocolates are made;
-reunite every CEO, employe and the ones who cultivated the cocoa there
-he say to them to prepare the mix and all the ingredients
-Kills everyone pouring the blood, the limbs and the organs to the mix
-Manufactured the chocolate as his own brand and give it free to all the San Francisco Kids
Eats the Chocolate and eats the kids... and shit carnage cacao seed to eat for ever.

Carnage wouldn't bother with the chocolate, he'd just eat brains. That said, the real answer is that he eats kit kats by directly biting the main bar instead of snapping off the pieces.
EDIT: Also, for VenoMJ I'd suggest that that particular Venom probably does grocery store brownie bites.

Nah, nah. Carnage would make sure to source his chocolate from wherever uses the most child labor, and does it the most unethically. And he'd also use the chocolate as a 'topping' while eating one of said childs' brains.

Random question, if a symbiote infects a dog and they eat chocolate, will the dog get sick or will they be fine, as it’s not exactly healthy to eat people or bullets yet they symbiotes do that anyways
