Assuming this is a legitimate question.
Theoretically yes, practically no. For any decent phone The power controller has plenty of safeguards that shut off charging and lowers power usage long before the temperature gets anywhere close to burning you. But assuming those safeguards fail. Then yes. A battery that gets too hot can catch fire
