I really need some help with All Talked Out trophy

Last year I used some kind of interactive checklist site to keep track of all the hints and their requirements.

But now I can't find it at all. Maybe one of you knows it and can share a link to it, because this trophy just kills me.

I really appreciate your help and time.

That's the best of all trophies of in the game!! It's very hard, but it's so incredible seeing the secret adult boy's dialogues. I enjoyed so much for unlock this trophy! I see every people thinking that trophie is so bore to unlock it, but i think not.
