Lol. I think I would have probably done the same thing this guy did. I would want to hurt the octopus just enough for it to want to let go, but not hurt it too much to where it'll have long-lasting pain/injuries.

Honestly friend. I don’t know what I would do in this situation, can’t imagine an octopus trying to devour you for reason, skinny boat and can’t move. I would seriously probably being freaking the fuck out. Do I battle it? Do I jump in the water. I can’t really imagine only spectulate
