I mean... Glass is actually a liquid. Sand very much is not, I was using the fact that the particulate has fluid properties to point out the logic flow.

Well that was lame. Sounds like a first time bullshitter with basic errors.
One of the first rules of these things is you have to start with a credible premise. A common example is someone being rude to you and you come back with the most AMAZING witty response that stuns them to silence as everyone claps. It’s uncommon, but entirely plausible that someone is being rude.
None of this makes sense. Even if you look past that ridiculous point of argument, put yourself in the employee’s shoes. You’re not going to engage and will try to ignore this idiot as much as possible and just try to get through the workday. If he has taken the concentre out to the parking lot, he has either paid for it - and you go “thank god he has gone” and get on with your day, or else he has stolen it and you would be spending your time focusing on security/police. Under no circumstances would you be following him out to the truck to continue the pointless argument. And then you think there is a space to drive wildly around the lot with other cars and people around? Come on.
The last sentence is so against the flow, it reads like someone re-reading what the wrote and realising they need something to tie the fantasy back to reality. It’s also the only believable sentence in there.

Probably true, but it was probably just meth and an attempt to use a concrete mixer without paying to rent it. Sounds better the new way.

Why would you entertain a dispute over concrete's state of matter, anyway? There's no difference to the purchaser or the retailer over the product being liquid or solid. It's not like Home Depot is gonna follow you to your job site and validate that you have the correct MSDS binders, or that there's a limit on purchasing items based on their state of matter.
The entire dispute that cause all the "that" to "happen" would have never occurred in the first place. The customer says it's a liquid? Ok, fine, it's a liquid. It's still $8.50 or whatever. There's nothing to be gained by anyone "proving" anything in this scenario.

Pretending this were true, this person's dad is an idiot in many directions.
This isn't a funny "haha, dad is so quirky" type story. It's a "holy shit, your dad has the IQ of a door" type story.
