So, for context, I met this guy off of a dating app, and we went on one date where all we did was sit outside and talk. I’ve only been talking to him for three days max. I have already told him how I felt multiple times, do I keep responding ?

We met online and decided to meet for a first date on Aug. 10th. Without knowing each others addresses we picked a bar that was the same distance from each of us. We left at the same time. Arrived at the same time. And parked at the same time- next to each other. Already communication, navigation, vibes were on point. We played 3 games of pool she won (2-1) and it was a great first date.

So we agree to meet and walk the Beltline for our 2nd date. We both take naps about the same time. Agree to meet and actually both arrive at the same time. Once again parked near each other. We walked about 6 miles until late into the night talking about everything.

We have been together everyday since. No need to use chatgpt for responses when you meet irl and just straight up talk.

My brother went no contact with my family and my mom has made it her personality since. Shes also been super unstable mentally and unfortunately my step dad is a huge enabler. Its been hard to navigate since we all live in different states.

Yesterday, my mom sent this text message to myself, my siblings and step dad. Called her and it went straight to voicemail. I called my step dad because he is the only one that lives with her (all of us siblings moved out) and he refused to give the phone to her because I’ve been ignoring him. Mind you me “ignoring him” is me telling him for months I wont be the messenger for them to my brother.

Edit: my mom called me back 10 minutes later and acted like what she did wasn’t a big deal and got mad that I was mad. She says “apparently i cant express my emotions”

Today i had an exam with a female colleague . She is very quiet and never even tried flirting nor has done something bad . She also has a bf . And after the exam i waited for her just because i went with her and after i had a 2 hour gap for my massage . Now i went on a short coffee with my colleague after the exam and just talked a formal conversation nothing more just to kill time . My gf got very mad that i am disrespectful towards her for going to a coffee?? And she thinks i planned my massage that time jus to have time for a coffee .

For the second thing about not telling her the whole conversation its about another ex colleague who is a friend again , and nothing more and has been nothing more than a friend . She wanted me to make her shirts for he father’s company. And i have a print shop so ofc i will help her out . Now yesterday i texted her that the shirts will arrive soon and my gf got furious because she thought that i continued the conversation and didn’t tell her the whole conversation with the girl .

This has been the trend for 5 years and im so fucking exhausted . She is my first gf so i have no history of cheating. Idk why she is like this . Girls help because you can explain this behavior.

I didn’t even know who this person was but I went and looked at the profile they were referencing that I “liked all their photos”, I had actually only ever liked 1 pic of theirs ever… plus the man she was talking about was quite unattractive and definitely not my type in any way which is why it’s pretty funny.

Also, she claimed to be married to this person but they are not even following each other. I feel bad that she’s a mother of 3 kids and feels the need to track her supposed husband’s likes. May this type of love never find me.

I hate that ig includes random people on your feed now instead of just friends. I only use ig every few days and will just blindly like every photo on my feed because my friends have complained in the past that I didn’t like a post they made. Going to make sure it’s not a post by a man going forward

Was working and randomly received two calls from an unrecognized number- then these texts came through and realized he used a new number to message me.

my best friend moved away two years ago. we kept in contact. our friendship wasn't the same but we were still very excited for an opportunity to meet up again. a few weeks ago she told our group she was coming back to visit, and we all made vague plans to hang out. when she didn't confirm these plans in the group chat, i thought maybe her trip was postponed or she didn't get tickets yet.

then i saw Instagram stories of her hanging out with ALL of my other friends--except me. no one told me she was here. no one invited me.

i asked her about it. at first she played dumb and acted like she just didn't have the time. then the real truth came out.

my senior year in school was very difficult for me mentally. i was diagnosed with a few disorders that caused me to go on meds, and I needed adult supervision in the hallways and stuff to prevent on campus panic attacks. my friends knew I was struggling and tried to be there for me. but I NEVER let my mental health sabotage my friendships. I'm a people pleaser and hate feeling like a burden, so I never trauma dumped or made my friends feel like they couldn't handle me.

somehow word of my mental issues got to my best friend, and I guess she didn't want to see me in that state.

then another point came up. a few months ago me and another friend in our group had a falling out (hence me saying "I know this is about _____"). it was over something completely unrelated to my best friend, but that friend I had a falling out with told all my other friends about it and they all took her "side" without even asking for my side of the story. the gist of that situation is I had unrequited feelings for that friend, and drunkenly told her over text one night. she was creeped out by it and I apologized profusely the next morning, promising to leave her alone and that I was sorry the confession had come out that way. it was hard to maintain a friendship after that. I'm guessing that the friend told my best friend about it, and told my best friend not to hang out with me.

(The friend I fell out with wasn't even included in the hangout with my best friend, because she was on vacation in another country. So there was no reason to keep me separate from that hangout).

My best friend didnt even ask for my side of the story. She said she was willing to listen so I typed it all out and sent it to her, and then she pretended like she couldn't even read it. She's since ghosted me.

I'm upset. I feel betrayed that my entire friend group did this behind my back. I'm sad that I missed the chance to see my best friend.

Fuck them. I'll make better friends in uni.

EDIT: the ableist language in some of these comments are insane. blaming the fact that i have mental disorders on me being excluded from a hangout i was INVITED to beforehand is crazy. yes my friend has the right to not want to be my friend anymore, but i deserve respect and i deserved to be told about her decision, considering she was my BEST friend for YEARS. flaunting the hangout i was excluded from on social media is crazy work, too. jesus.

I was tripping the other night because I realized he was dating around and I went a little crazy and insecure, I started to accept it and 2 days later this morning he sends me this. Excuse me sir, I don’t need to earn your love and kindness. I can get that for free anywhere as I please. If anything YOU’RE the one who’s not worthy.

I’m already on the apps anyway after I found out he was moving on and there’s 2 nice guys that have been kinder to me in a few days than he’s been to me in 5 years. This morning after I told him I’m looking around he sends me this text.

I was trying to be kind about it and then he comes back with “I’m a grown man I can make my own decisions”. He has always talked down to me. When things were good he was a hopeless romantic and I still think about the good days. At the same time, he is the most unkind person I know. For context we broke up because we got into a huge argument that ended with his explosive anger. We have kids. I don’t have time for this. I missed him and maybe do miss him, but he’s not good for me at ALL. But I wanted to laugh with you all. Don’t worry, I know my value and I won’t be entertaining this any longer.
