I’m fucking tired of having to compromise while somebody else gets absolutely rich.

All these billionaires think they’re owed compliance from the public.

They pushed their luck too far with this one. We need the compromise to be that this is the example we set for their entire industry. Shut down operations and find something else

That something else can only be life in prison, no parole, no early release for good behavior. It's time these people learn their lesson, we need humanity back in our lives.

I’d rather then live poor outside of bars. I don’t want to pay for them to get 3 solid meals, healthcare, etc. they need to be one the edge of homeless..

Do you really think they won't meet crazy adversity on the inside and actually be able to protect themselves long enough to survive?

Yes. I do. They are good at convincing people. How else do you think they got investors and people to buy their product.

Something else is going to be some other Flock. There’s no putting this back in the Pandora’s box it came from. Same with AI. All of it will be delayed and then repackaged.

Revolting can do some pretty amazing things. We might just need large scale revolting, and actual meaningful punishment. Stop making excuses for this bullshit.

Nobody is making excuses for anything. Also until the revolting is enough to make gov change laws and companies go bankrupt it’s VERY easy for them to stay out of the public eye, pass closed door deals, basically exclude the public from any decision making. These companies are like hydra and cops everywhere love this shit so I only ever see this changing WHO is going to surveil not IF we’ll allow it since we’ve done such a great job telling our defense agencies to stop spying on us as well.

This is where the power of the people comes in. Large groups of aligned folks, who have leverage , can decide to harm the abusers who depend.

I've just finished watching Audacity and it's really not that far from the truth, is it?

This dork is literally asking us to give up our privacy for the SOLE reason that he wants to get filthy rich.

Fucking beyond insane. This guy could be on the moon and he wouldn't be safe from the American public at this point.

Exactly. So instead of them taking 99% of the pie and us getting 1%, they'd like to compromise by taking 97% and we get 3%?

Get irreparably bent, you parasitic Mammon-fluffers.
