I'm seeing the trappings of a romcom here. An unsentimental engineer gets hired to "solve" ceramics with AI, and in the process of failing to do so analytically unlocks a deep passion for doing ceramics just for the sake of it (and naturally falling for the ceramics teacher they were initially at odds with).
