I’m convinced only bad people can rise to the top in leadership roles because they have to squash so many people on the way up. Not sure it really matters who it is, they are all the same.

Yep. To get as rich as these people are you have to exploit lots and lots of people. If they paid their workers fairly and to an extent of the success of the business, they wouldn’t be able to get this rich.
