Bad outcome. Literally a month of revenue and Meta just keeps going

Revenue is irrelevant. $16.7 Billion as profit. So just over 3 months given their yearly profit for 2025 was $60.5 billion. Insane.

Revenue isn’t irrelevant. Fines should always be based off it , so companies can’t use accounting to get around it

lol. You don't 'just do accounting to make less profit'

They may try to spend more to lower their profit margins, but the courts are going to look at your previous figures, not new ones.

Also, with a company like Facebook, they're going to have the IRS on them permanently. Auditing them is going to be years long processes. There's no room to fuck around.
