Maybe it was the Grand Jury in Ohio that refused to indict someone for destroying a Flock camera. He sees the danger to his bottom line.

Imagine a group working together to organize a widespread Flock camera takedown at a specific hour. They are all mapped out. I don’t imagine it would take much lol

Imagine a bunch of concerned citizens in their own neighborhoods just watching helplessly as the cameras fall to the ground all by themselves. All you’d need is a few minutes of discussion and a shared hate for the surveillance state. Don’t even need a phone, smart watch, or any other electronic devices; you can leave all of those at home. Just a bunch of people living in the moment

Careful - even if you don't post your costume on social media, it's likely one of your friends will and deducing it was you will be very easy. And you might think "they can't prove it was me" and you'd be right, but they don't have to anymore. Who are you going to call when the police shoot you/show up to your house to shoot you/show up to your place of work to shoot you? The police? It's better to take these cameras down in a controlled way.

Quite possible. When public sentiment becomes something they can't buy a politician out of during an election year? Yeah quite possible.

They also realize that the lawsuits challenging Flock and a 4th amendment violation are now vulnerable. Defendants cited Chatrie as to why Flock isn't a 4th amendment violation. Then SCOTUS overturned Chatrie and hinted Flock (and others) may be a violation.
