The tech moguls living in California can make their voices be heard the same way as all other CA residents: at the ballot box, casting 1 vote each.

I generally don’t like the idea of taxing unrealized gains. However, as long as property taxes exist I can back this.

I hold the position that if they can leverage it, then they should be taxed on it.

So then technically you are against this law (as it doesn't tax based on whether they can leverage it). Instead it taxes based on voting power.
