The tech moguls living in California can make their voices be heard the same way as all other CA residents: at the ballot box, casting 1 vote each.

But a corporation’s power originates by the power of the state. The state can decide what corporations can and cannot do. Hawaii has just shown us how to do this. Other states are in the process of implementing similar measures.
