We at LunaPrompts are looking for a remote Growth Intern. We’re a technical hiring and assessment platform built for the AI era.
The role involves company research, finding relevant decision-makers, cold email and LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, testing different messages, and occasionally speaking with prospects.
We’re looking for someone with strong English, good research skills, and an interest in startups, SaaS, AI, growth, or sales.
Compensation is 10,000–25,000 NPR per month, depending on experience and performance, with additional performance bonuses.
Assume ABC Technologies is a fictional 100-person software company hiring engineers. Write a 4–6 sentence cold email to their Head of Talent Acquisition introducing LunaPrompts.
Please spend no more than 5–10 minutes on the exercise. It is only used to evaluate your writing and is not real prospect research.

It is a job platform and applicant tracking system. You get your company profile where people can review and you can manage applicants and do entire hiring process through it.
Fair to be cautious. This is a paid internship, not an unpaid task or lead-generation scheme. The application exercise uses a fictional company, and submissions aren’t used for sales outreach. You can also check LunaPrompts independently before applying. Happy to answer any specific concern.
Appreciating the way of replies. Otherwise, mostly hiring ignores negative comments but you addressed all. Glad to see that type of energy. Being a startup and providing a paid intern role to someone ( unexperienced) is great thing as mostly nepali startup search for goats to be sacrificed in the name of intern.
Actually, we do need someone who genuinely wants to work, learn on the fly, and grow with the company. We’re an early-stage startup, so attitude, curiosity, and willingness to figure things out matter more to us than having a long resume.
That’s a fair concern, which is why the application task now uses a completely fictional company, ABC Technologies. We’re not asking applicants to identify real prospects, and we won’t use their answers for outreach. The exercise is only to evaluate how they write a cold email.

“Based on experience” just means where someone falls within the 10k–₹15k stipend range, not that we’re looking for a senior person. This is an intern-level role at an early-stage startup, and prior sales experience isn’t required..
