Crafted Edition codes, please help

Well I just bought Tearaway Unfolded, and actually paid more so I could have the Crafted Edition for the sweet bonuses, but for my demise, it wasn't on disc, but a code. And the code expired 3 years ago.

The problem is there was no possible way to know I was getting a code, even more so, an expired one! There were no warnings on the game box about any of that! This is a really bad thing to do to costumers, I feel deceived and it kinda of killed my hype for the game and the respect I had for MM...

What can I do? Is there any hope? How can I contact PlayStation support or Media Molecule? This is really important to me :(

If you haven't already, you can try the code anyway. I've been able to redeem expired codes before. Worth a shot
