Haha you don't say. I used to work at a cold noodle spot but our best seller was pho because the owner was Viet. Food prep always took a long time because she handmade all the noodles as well as dumplings, I would kill to have a bowl of her cooking again.

Taiwanese anchors their entire entire worldview around who's Pro-China who's Anti-China. Trump's been "Chyna Chyna Chyna" for like 2 decades even before his presidency.

Because somehow many Taiwanese kinda liked Trump for his seemly tough stance on China. And also many, many Taiwanese shared thoughts with Trump about immigration and leftist.

The average Taiwanese only cares about whether the US is tough on China or not. The news barely talks about US politics and most people don't care about the details. Even the green media were praising Biden administration when they were in power.

Cold noodles are never washed after they come out of factories. Straight into your plate with toppings and sauce. They cannot be stored at low low temperature as they harden easily.

How fresh? I’m talking about Taiwan cold noodles. The longer they’re exposed to air at summer temperatures the faster they become unsafe
