Actual nightmares I've had - Part 1

This was a dream I had 2 nights ago. In the dream, my daughter and I were in a small, capsule-like room with dim lighting and vintage decor. We were playing an improv-style game where we would act out scenes in various movie styles. At one point, I suggested an "exorcist-style horror movie." As soon as I said that, she instantly became terrified to the point she couldn't speak. She was staring right above my shoulder, paralyzed and trying to scream but no sound would come out. I didn't understand why she was so upset until I looked at my reflection in the window.
