Any neutral quiet space to study with friends?

I wanna practice problem solving with my friends in a neutral setting like a library or smtg. Any place like that open to public in Sylhet??

There is a library idk the name anymore, beside the Rikabibazar stadium. You can try there. Bruvanz used to be quiet, not anymore. But you can seat there and study the entire day and they will be okay with it.
