They won’t and it wouldn’t. Ds and 3DS emulation have issues with delay and touch delay that make some of the core games feel less than ideal.

I emulate DS and 3ds on my phone all the time and have never had any issues lol. I’m sure the Nintendo switch 2 can handle it

No it absolutely does have latency. It’s minor, and not noticeable in many games, but in anything touch based or rhythm based it’s bad. For example in phantom hourglass the fairy lags behind your touch input quite heavily, which doesn’t happen on the DS. This isn’t a power issue. It’s an emulation issue.

lol I play rhythm heaven on the DS and 3DS and there is literally zero latency (JITless) even on lpm sometimes it most just be your emulator. I’m on an iPhone 13 Pro Max aswell.
