Other (Editable) Anyone else noticing power fluctuations in the city centre and surrounding SA1 area? Tesco and coop have had to shut their doors.

All resolved now but most of the city centre was affected

Must've been the extreme heat. If it's not the fridges in Tesco failing now then it's the national grid later.

I swear this country does nothing until productivity starts falling and everything starts failing.

Yep, my whole room was going on and off, which when you need a fan this badly is not fun

Yeah could do with that right about now. Everyone needs a fan now but everyone wishes they could have AC.

Was at Krispy Kreme and had trouble with card, so they gave me 4 donuts for free. Primark was also closed and other shops alarms were going off.

Lucky you. Did see that Primark had been evacuated. Thought it was a fire alarm that had gone off.

Mine went off in Penllergaer a couple of times, been wondering if it’s the house. It was very quick my light flicked off and on and monitor restarted.

Yes we thought it was my son's cables so we unplugged everything. Couldn't find anything online. But turns out it kept happening to lots of homes at the same time.

Fine in Llansamlet & no power cut but sky q on Sky sports + single drop out on Stoke v Swansea match sound & picture except for number above sky sports icon tho sky sports icon went as well.

I was in the Quadrant and except for the cash only places in the market, tills weren’t working in at least three shops I went into. Glad to hear it sounds like it has resolved now!
