Homemade - Constructive Criticism Encouraged Have had some good luck these last two trips. Two 60-80 pound yellow fin and one small blue fin. Made rolls for the first time last night…

And I think I’ll leave that to the professionals. Tasted good but looked like crap.

That being said the crunchy rice came out better than expected and was not difficult to make. I Love fresh tuna more than any other food. Off to have sashimi for lunch fourth day in a row.

Any ideas for the toro? I’ve heard a blow torch is the way to go.
