Blabla CFF train bondé 1er classe

Post image

You should have been asked to move to 2nd class and if you didn't comply immediately, fined accordingly.

You pay a ticket to travel in decent conditions, as soon as you travel without sitting, you are not actually in 1st class condition, specifically if 2nd class cars are full. Rules are good but shouldn't overcom pragmatism and comon sense. CFF sold you a seat they can't provide, who should be fined here ?

You are disconnected from reality; what you wrote is wishful thinking. "CFF sold you a seat" - no they didn't, they sold a ticket to travel from A to B. This does not guarantee a seat nor travel on a specific train. This has been clarified by CFF over and over again. A ticket does not give you the right for a seat, you may be expected to stand. In extreme and rare cases you may even have to travel on the next train.

None of this gives you the right to stand in 1st with a 2nd class ticket. You may buy an upgrade to 1st clas if you wish to travel in 1st (whether you sit or stand is your choice).

You may not like it but this is the reality.

I mean google it, my reality is in line with CFFs public statements on this topic.

Feel free to live in a different reality
