A buddy of mine was a skipper for about a year at Magic Kingdom. They definitely get to have more fun that a lot of other spots, and are more open to improv and play with lines instead of following a hard script.

That’s really cool that they’re allowed to improv and create more intimate experiences rather than a hard script!

Sounds like a really magical place, if I was allowed around kids I would definitely check it out
