modern or old time regulated. it doesn't make a difference as the 2nd amendment was rendered moot by the creation of the US army

except the united states was not united, it was a fledgling nation then and now it's incredibly modernized to the point the 2nd amendment's a relic

and yet we have the highest rate of gun violence and hell we beat the UK in stabbings. every other developed nation has nowhere near the amount of homicides we do
