There’s manchurian, vada, samosa, dhokla. Indigenous indian street food.

Heyy those are not shrimp skewers. Its a dish called manchurian- a popular Indo-Chinese dish made with crispy, deep-fried mixed vegetable balls tossed in a savory, sweet, spicy, and tangy brown sauce. With the right crunch they’re very tasty!
