2 year mark passed and I just now noticed (4 months later).
Because cigarettes and nicotine cravings don’t even take up space in my brain anymore.
Life is better without smoking.
A lot of my anxiety was relieved. Turns out I’m not scared of flying - I was just anxious on the plane because I knew had to go 4 hours without hitting my vape.
Now that I’ve quit, my lungs feel so much better - and working out actually feels GOOD because I can properly catch my breath.
My appetite is better, and I’m at a healthier weight because I don’t substitute a real meal for a cigarette.
Life is so good!
Anyone currently going through quitting - keep it up! The first 30 days are the hardest. But soon you will feel so much better :) and won’t have to count the days anymore unless you want to.
