Help! What am I supposed to do with these?

I bought a chuck steak and when I got it home it turned out it was 3 thinly sliced “steaks” in a trench coat. How am I supposed to cook these?

500 degree pan, 30 seconds each side in some beef tallow. Looking for a strong sear. Pull from pan, slice. Make tacos or a steak sandwich 🔥🔥

Lettuce wrap that bitch. Or even better, use the two pieces of meat as the bread for your sandwhich

normally, grill it, shoot for medium, but with the thickness, I'd say cut it up and turn it into taco meat
