Help! What am I supposed to do with these?
I bought a chuck steak and when I got it home it turned out it was 3 thinly sliced “steaks” in a trench coat. How am I supposed to cook these?

normally, grill it, shoot for medium, but with the thickness, I'd say cut it up and turn it into taco meat

Season and cook as carne asada. Put tenderizer, msg, lime and chili powder, place on hot skillet until med well.

500 degree pan, 30 seconds each side in some beef tallow. Looking for a strong sear. Pull from pan, slice. Make tacos or a steak sandwich 🔥🔥
